Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving and growing sales performance within a designated territory, product line, market segment, or portfolio of customer accounts, in line with the company’s commercial strategy and sales policies.
This role plays a key part in executing sales and marketing plans, developing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across all sales and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area or product line.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales, marketing, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Support and guide sales representatives on :
Product knowledge and technical features.
Marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service standards.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behaviors to identify growth opportunities.Ensure adherence to company policies on sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM documentation.Collaborate closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective merchandising.Your Profile
Proficient in English (oral and written); Arabic is a plus.Excellent people management and communication skills.Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM systems.Previous experience in FMCG or retail sales, preferably within grocery or consumer goods channels.Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Seniority level
