Responsibilities
- Supervise the DC / shift (Picking / receiving / dispatching / Inventory / Quality / Return Centre) system process as per the standard operation procedures (SOP) to ensure smooth daily operation of the mega Hubs and associated DC's
- Drive DC / shift KPI's to ensure they are met and achieved through effective people & resource management.
- Supervise the DC / shift compliance with safety & quality requirements by workers to assure safe working environment for workers and products.
- Monitor the Completion of DC / shift receiving, stocking, and dispatching targets to help the regional team to take correct decisions
- Monitor and controll of DC / shift supplies consumable and overtime to assure financial operational targets are met.
- Implement correct product handling standards are in the vehicle loads and warehouse storing.
- Proof expiry date on receiving & double count received qty as key control
- Maintaining the quality standards of HACCP.
- Implementing Cold Chain Management in all vehicles before and during loading as well as cold stores to meet the Quality Standards.
- Maintain Depot Stock Level.
- Ensure the issued crates from Haradh factory to the Regions are returned accurately.
- Maintain the proper records that are in-line with the Company Systems.
- Compile monthly receipt, dispatch and loss reports, reconciled product losses and complete logistical activity reports for Regional DC Manager.
- Ensure rotation of stocks according to the Ageing level.
- Ensuring Depot hygiene and Cleanliness to meet the Company standards.

Ensure that all subordinates have clear objectives, constructive and accurate performance feedback sessions, formal annual performance appraisals, and individual development plans.
Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk‑free environment.Change Management

DC Supervisor will be located in Nadec DC’ Offices and will travel to other Nadec Locations as per business needs.

Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Logistics ManagementExperience
3-5 years’ experience in logistics including 1 year in a Team Leader or Supervisory roleCross Functional in WarehouseSeniority level
