An E-Commerce Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the e-commerce sector. The primary focus will be on driving sales, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities :

Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance. Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, and Google Analytics. Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics to stay organized. Monitor key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns. Liaise closely with Marketing, Sales, and customer service teams to improve efficiencies and customer experience. Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities. Assist with the day-to-day coordination of e-Commerce marketplace activities, e.g., product uploads, reporting, organizing stock transfers. Report on e-Commerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insight and conducting deep analysis where needed to better understand shopping behaviors and trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce accounts. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and align strategies accordingly. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue from key accounts. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges. Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential challenges. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and agreements. Participate in the continuous development and improvement of the website to enhance performance and user experience. Job Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce account management or related roles. Knowledgeable of analytical tools for performance measurement, determining improvements and innovations. Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing tools. Knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
