We are seekingfor a Risk Analyst to be part of our projectteam based in Madinah SaudiArabia.
Developand monitor a risk issue and opportunity managementprocess.
Develop andmaintain a risk matrix identifying dependencies and the impacts ofnot meeting scheduleddates.
Identify monitor andmanaging dependencies and for resolving relatedissues.
Identifyopportunities to arrange and coordinate any necessary discussionsand agreements to realisebenefits.
Monitor projectsand ensure that an adequate and robust Risk Management process isunder activemanagement.
Implement RiskManagement Plan Risk Log and associated governanceprocess.
Track significantrisks to ensure that they are being systematically identifiedrecorded evaluated actively managed and regularly reevaluated andcommunicated across theprogram.
Identifycommunicate and manage interprogram or externalrisks.
Identify and manageinternal programrelatedrisks.
Review and updateRisk Log against Program Status Reports &Meetings
Requirements
Qualifications
Witha minimum of 10 years experience in Risk Management and hasbackground in Construction / Engineeringindustry
Graduate inEngineering / Business orequivalent
Postgraduatequalifications orequivalent
Risk Managementqualification or equivalent would bepreferred.
EssentialCriteria
Understandingand experience of complexprojects
Strong leadershipcommunication and managementskills
Track record of riskmanagement

Responsibilities
Inaddition the client wishes to achieve the followingobjectives :
Provide accurateand timely management information on a regular basis on the statusof various projects
Tomonitor progress and drive delivery of individual projectschallenging and accelerating these whereappropriate
To enablemanagement of risks and opportunities at the programmelevel
To drive commonalityand coherence between the variousprojects
To ensure theinterdependencies between various projects is understood andmanaged
To ensureappropriate standards are set and adhered to legally andcommercially
To ensure theclient is obtaining value for money through negotiations withsuppliers
Develop thecapacity of the client through the transfer of knowledge skills andabilities
Implement bestpractice program project and other management and administrativeprocesses
