Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for an Audiovisual Sales Engineer. The role involves providing expertise in AV system design, delivering technical support, and assisting with solution proposals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, developing tailored audiovisual solutions for clients, and addressing customer queries. The candidate will also work to build strong relationships with stakeholders, contributing to sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction through industry‑leading technical and sales support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to develop tailored technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Technical Support processes and problem‑solving skills for AV systems.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proven Sales and Customer Service skills to drive business growth and foster lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Experience in the audiovisual or related technical industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is required, with certifications in AV systems being a plus.
• Strong Knowledge of the vendors, brands and clients in the Saudi Market
