Main Responsibilities
- Order processing management
- Customer order plausibility analysis
- Planning / Booking / Transportation orders
- Coordination and follow-up of shipments
- Customs processing (export / import)
- Documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing
- Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of shipments) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
- Operational troubleshooting
- Non-conformance reporting in accordance with KPIs
- Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
- End-to-end processing
- Punctual and accurate order handling and documentation
- Freight audit payments
Job Requirements
3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations / regulations and documentationPreferable professional degree from a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwardingComputer literacy with Microsoft Office and / or other market-leading software applicationsStrong desire to work in the supply chain / logistics / transportation fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced officeGood communication, attention to detail, and organizational skillsStrong teamwork attitudeLeadership experience is strongly desiredSeniority level
