Main Responsibilities

  • Order processing management
  • Customer order plausibility analysis
  • Planning / Booking / Transportation orders
  • Coordination and follow-up of shipments
  • Customs processing (export / import)
  • Documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing
  • Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of shipments) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
  • Operational troubleshooting
  • Non-conformance reporting in accordance with KPIs
  • Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
  • End-to-end processing
  • Punctual and accurate order handling and documentation
  • Freight audit payments

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations / regulations and documentation
  • Preferable professional degree from a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and / or other market-leading software applications
  • Strong desire to work in the supply chain / logistics / transportation field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork attitude
  • Leadership experience is strongly desired
