Logistics Services Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

Order processing management

Customer order plausibility analysis

Planning / Booking / Transportation orders

Coordination and follow-up of shipments

Customs processing (export / import)

Documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing

Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of shipments) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)

Operational troubleshooting

Non-conformance reporting in accordance with KPIs

Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates

End-to-end processing

Punctual and accurate order handling and documentation

Freight audit payments

Job Requirements

• 3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations / regulations and documentation

Preferable professional degree from a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding

Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and / or other market-leading software applications

Strong desire to work in the supply chain / logistics / transportation field

Ability to work in a fast-paced office

Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Strong teamwork attitude

Leadership experience is strongly desired
