A prestigious contracting company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the execution of mega-scale luxury and hospitality developments, including 5-star hotels, high-end resorts, entertainment parks, and lifestyle destinations.
Position : Project Director – Hospitality & Entertainment
Availability : Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of high-profile hospitality and entertainment projects—from design coordination and planning to execution and handover.
Oversee all project phases to ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
Manage cross-functional teams, international consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
Liaise with developers, operators, and stakeholders to align project goals with luxury brand standards.
Drive compliance with safety, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience
as a Project Director managing
mega luxury developments
such as :
5-star hotels & resorts
Theme parks or entertainment complexes
Mixed-use hospitality destinations
Minimum
15+ years of industry experience , with at least
5 years in a senior leadership role
on large-scale hospitality or entertainment projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
Exceptional leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in the
GCC or Middle East
highly desirable.
