We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with a strong architectural background and proven expertise in integrated design to lead high-profile projects in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a successful regional track record delivering large-scale developments across the GCC. This role demands strategic leadership, multidisciplinary coordination and client-facing capabilities to ensure project excellence from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure and architectural projects from concept to completion.

Represent the firm in communications with clients, sub-contractors, and joint venture partners.

Oversee financial and operational strategies to ensure project success.

Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to meet commercial outcomes.

Ensure compliance with project standards and quality management systems (QMS).

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, and construction.

Prepare and manage complex project programs and contracts.

Lead business development efforts including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Monitor scope changes and their impact on project delivery.

Prepare monthly project reports and contribute to division-wide reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 20 years of experience, with a strong track record in the GCC region.

Proven leadership in delivering mega projects with integrated design components.

Membership in a professional institution (e.g., IEng, CEng, P.E.) is preferred.

Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with statutory and commercial frameworks in the region.
