Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the technical skills of our employees. This role requires a deep understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner. The Technical Trainer will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and create tailored content that aligns with the organization's goals. In addition, the trainer will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement training programs that meet the technical needs of employees across various departments.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for different teams.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, including hands-on demonstrations and group activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training materials and ensure accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning.
• Manage training schedules and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and present findings to management.
