Job Summary
Ensure all activities related to the OSP-Fiber project comply with quality standards and STC specifications. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control and assurance procedures to maintain project excellence. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Quality Management Plan for the project. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks on materials, installation, and testing activities. Coordinate with client quality representations and third-party inspectors. Manage non-conformance reports and ensure timely corrective / preventive actions. Train project staff and subcontractors on quality requirements and procedures. Maintain records and documentation required for STC quality compliance. Support certification and regulatory audits as required. Skills
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management. Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent preferred. Minimum 5 years quality management experience in telecom OSP projects. Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation standards and testing procedures. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and reporting skills.
