Job Summary

Support the Project Manager in coordinating and executing all activities related to the Outside Plant (OSP) fiber optic contract with STC. Ensure smooth communication between teams, timely documentation, and tracking of project progress to meet contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for OSP fiber installation and commissioning.
  • Coordinate daily activities between field teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Manage project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and site instructions.
  • Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with STC standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements.
  • Support procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders for effective problem resolution.
  • Track and report KPIs, risks, and quality compliance as per project standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field of telecom.
  • Experience in telecom OSP projects or fiber optic network implementation preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Knowledge of STC contract procedures and quality standards is an advantage.
