We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Business Development Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive company growth. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable strategies that enhance revenue, market share, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Analyze sales, financial, and operational data to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop business models, forecasts, and financial analyses to evaluate potential partnerships, expansions, and investments.
- Support the creation and implementation of business development strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Maintain and monitor the business development pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to assess strategic initiatives and optimize outcomes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance business development effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.2–5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or financial analysis.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and market research.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
