Operations Coordinator (Specialty Coffee & Dessert)

COPLANT is a Saudi specialty coffee and dessert brand based in Dammam, offering a unique café experience that blends quality, creativity, and a welcoming atmosphere.

As we expand with new branches, a drive-thru kiosk, and participation in "Global Village Dammam", we’re looking for a motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to help develop and manage our growing operations across multiple outlets and a central kitchen.

Role Description

• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for café branches and central kitchen.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports (sales, performance, wastage, staff discipline).
• Coordinate inventory and purchasing with kitchen and accounting.
• Organize supply flow and ensure timely replenishment across outlets.
• Analyze KPIs and suggest operational improvements.
• Support pre-opening setups for new branches and kiosks.
• Communicate with branch supervisors to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Assist management in implementing efficient systems to support growth.
