IPP Officer (Industrial Programs Participation)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our Industrial Programs Participation (IPP) initiatives through effective reporting, KPI tracking, and project management support. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a focus on process improvement to ensure program goals are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and present accurate reports for IPP activities, with a strong emphasis on KPI tracking and performance monitoring.

Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of IPP projects to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

Maintain and manage KPI reporting schedules, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

Collect, interpret, and visualize data to support program decision-making.

Identify operational bottlenecks within IPP processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordinate with internal teams, program partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment on program goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in reporting, KPI tracking, and project management support.

Strong data analysis skills, including visualization and presentation capabilities.

Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and project management software.

Familiarity with Industrial Programs Participation or related government / industry programs is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
