Assistant Vice President / Manager - AI Consulting

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic AVP / Manager to lead and expand our AI consulting capabilities.

This role demands a strong background in digital transformation, particularly with a consulting mindset.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience working with leading organizations, preferably including oil and gas clients, and should be adept at advising C-level stakeholders on AI-driven strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities and Key skills required :

• Lead and manage AI advisory engagements with a focus on business value realization and digital transformation.
• Provide strategic thought leadership on AI trends, innovations, and their applicability across client ecosystems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding AI strategy, roadmap development, and capability assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Leverage industry experience, particularly in oil and gas, to contextualize AI opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Represent the firm in AI and digital transformation forums, contributing to thought leadership and brand positioning.

Education Qualifications - 8-9+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on digital transformation consulting.
