Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic AVP / Manager to lead and expand our AI consulting capabilities.

This role demands a strong background in digital transformation, particularly with a consulting mindset.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience working with leading organizations, preferably including oil and gas clients, and should be adept at advising C-level stakeholders on AI-driven strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities and Key skills required :

Lead and manage AI advisory engagements with a focus on business value realization and digital transformation.
Provide strategic thought leadership on AI trends, innovations, and their applicability across client ecosystems.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding AI strategy, roadmap development, and capability assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI solutions aligned with business goals.
Leverage industry experience, particularly in oil and gas, to contextualize AI opportunities and challenges.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Represent the firm in AI and digital transformation forums, contributing to thought leadership and brand positioning.

Education Qualifications - 8-9+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on digital transformation consulting.

Prior experience in Saudi market i.e., 3 or more projects, with earlier / current business visa to Saudi.

Proven track record of working in AI advisory roles with exposure to advisor-led projects.

Hands-on experience with client-facing consulting engagements, including opportunity identification, solution framing, and value articulation.

Experience working with oil and gas companies or heavy asset industries is a strong plus.

Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology.

Solid understanding of regional / geographic market dynamics and client landscape.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Certifications or coursework in AI / ML or data science is advantageous.
