Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the workforce in the MENA region.
- Conduct HR metrics analysis and generate reports to inform management decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or similar HR role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of HR software and tools to streamline HR processes.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to employee relations.28 to 38 years old.Saudi national.Benefits
