As a rapidly growing e-commerce business with both an online store and physical presence, we are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us bloom.
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online growth initiatives. This role goes beyond campaign management — you will be directly responsible for maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of every campaign, ensuring that each advertising dollar generates measurable sales growth.
Responsibilities
- ROI-Driven Campaigns : Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels with a clear focus on return on ad spend (ROAS) and profitability.
- Budget Management : Own the digital marketing budget, allocate spend effectively, and ensure campaigns deliver maximum results within approved limits.
- Performance Optimization : Continuously A / B test ads, landing pages, creatives, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.
- Seasonal Campaigns : Design and execute impactful campaigns for occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, graduations, and other peak events that drive strong revenue spikes.
- Retention Marketing : Increase repeat purchases through email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, loyalty promotions, and personalized remarketing.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and report on campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, LTV). Provide actionable insights and clear recommendations to management on how to scale winning strategies.
- Competitor & Market Research : Monitor competitor campaigns, offers, and pricing to keep Flowery ahead in the floral and gift industry.
- SEO & E-Commerce Optimization : Enhance organic visibility, improve product listings, and boost overall website conversion rate.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into smooth customer journeys and measurable revenue growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Proven track record of managing high-performing digital campaigns with measurable ROI.Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and SEO strategies.Strong skills in campaign analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Insights, etc.).Experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel optimization.Commercial acumen with a clear focus on achieving sales and profitability targets.Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.What We Offer
