Position Overview
We are hiring a Business Operations Coordinator to support our local operations in Riyadh. This entry‑level role is ideal for Saudi professionals—especially new graduates—who are organized, digitally skilled, and eager to grow within a purpose‑driven international company.
You will handle internal coordination, documentation, submissions on government portals, and support daily office functions, while gaining valuable experience on how multinational companies operate within the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize documentation (letters, reports, contracts, RFPs, etc.)
- Lead Generation : Support in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, networking, and digital tools.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics CRM, OneNote) with customer and sales data.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, track action items, and follow up.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Submit and track service requests via Saudi government portals.
- Maintain calendars and reminders for license renewals and compliance milestones.
- Represent CrimsonLogic in formal visits to government entities when required.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and expense submissions.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policies and Saudi regulations.
- Support Finance and Legal teams with organized records and compliance tracking.
Who We’ll Look For
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Information Systems , or a related field.Excellent written and spoken English is a must .Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a professional setting.Familiarity with CRM or ERP tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).Internship or admin experience in a tech, logistics, or government‑focused role.Experience using Saudi digital government platforms is a plus.Seniority level
