Overview Of The Role

Responsible for effectively managing customs clearance procedures for finished vehicles, spare parts, and related shipments in full compliance with Saudi Customs regulations and other relevant local authorities. The role also involves close coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.

What You Will Do

• Manage assigned jobs efficiently and within agreed timelines for allocated customers.
• Handle clearance of inbound and outbound air and sea freight shipments as per agreed terms.
• Perform VCC corrections by liaising with Customs authorities, raising tickets, and ensuring prompt resolution of time-sensitive issues.
• Verify original shipping documents, ensure correct HS code classification, and calculate duties / taxes for timely Bayan processing.
• Manage job registration, EDI updates, invoicing, and electronic documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support additional customer requirements when required, particularly during annual leave coverage or as directed by the Team Leader and / or Operations Manager.
• Ensure timely invoicing to prevent issuance of credit notes.
• Prepare reporting dashboards and other daily reports in the prescribed format and content.
