Assistant Manager - External Programs and Policies

Assistant Program Manager – Saudi Arabia Manage construction projects by developing budgets, coordinating teams, ensuring compliance, and communicating with stakeholders while focusing on risk management and program delivery.

Key responsibilities include :

Quality assurance, continuous improvement, risk management, and project monitoring.

Oversee project planning, execution, and coordination for dark store launches.

Manage projects from award to completion, ensuring budget and timeline adherence while coordinating with clients and subcontractors in high voltage transmission.

Lead software project implementation, manage stakeholders, configure workflows, and ensure operational excellence in project management and delivery.

Manage delivery of construction and engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and stakeholder communication.

Provide site supervision, ensure compliance with project objectives, manage multidisciplinary teams, and offer technical guidance on construction challenges.

Lead review and approval of electrical designs, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting project delivery.

Develop and execute project plans, provide technical support, ensure quality standards, and maintain communication with stakeholders for large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water & wastewater network projects, manage contracts, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

Oversee project controls, manage teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain client relationships using project management software and risk management strategies.

Manage contract processes, evaluate contractor performance, ensure compliance, and oversee risk management for large projects.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in project management and engineering.

Strong communication, logistics, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with high voltage transmission, software implementation, and construction lifecycle management.

Background in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and water & wastewater network projects.

Knowledge of contract management, risk management, and quality assurance procedures.
