Overview

Join Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in developing unparalleled leisure and entertainment experiences in the region. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Controls Director to lead project controls for a diverse portfolio of transformative projects. You will steward time, quality, and cost constraints while fostering proactive risk management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and enhance project controls strategies aligned with Qiddiya's objectives for large-scale developments
Oversee development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and control systems
Identify potential risks at every stage of the project lifecycle and implement mitigation measures
Produce comprehensive reports detailing project status, forecasts, and variances for management review
Collaborate with project management teams to integrate project controls into all phases of project execution
Provide guidance and leadership to the project controls team, supporting professional development and efficiency
Ensure all project control processes adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Research and integrate emerging trends and technologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency

Qualifications

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous

Minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls, specifically within significant construction or development initiatives

Proven track record of managing project controls teams across multiple projects simultaneously

Strong expertise in cost management, scheduling, and risk assessment methodologies

Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

Familiarity with advanced project management and controls software

PMP or equivalent certification is a significant advantage

Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred
