Overview
TheSecuritySupervisorisanintegralpartofthefacilitiesmanagementteamandsupportsthesecuritymanagerinoverseeingtheoperationalperformanceoftheserviceproviderwithintheresidentialcompoundtoprovideasafeandsecureenvironment.Theroleundertakesallaspectsofsecurityservices,iscustomerfacingandleadsbyexamplebydeliveringexemplarycustomerservicetointernalandexternalstakeholderstoensurestandardsandreputationsaremaintained.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsibleforimplementingpolicies,proceduresandworkinstructionswithinthesecurityoperationsandinaccordancewiththedefinedcertificationtargetssuchasISO18788and14001.
- Monitortheserviceprovidersagreedprocessesasreferencedinthecontractandhighlightanydeviationsaspartofthedailylog.
- Workcloselywiththeserviceprovidertoensurethatworkforcedeployedareinlinewiththeserviceagreementandpatrollingisinharmonywithagreedprocessandcapturedthroughtheguardtoursystemorequivalent.
- Monitor,report,log,andactioninrespecttoguardsconsistentlybeingequippedwithbatons,whistles,flashlightsandcommunicationequipment(longrangehandheldunits,cellulartelephones).
- Emergencyproceduresareavailable,understoodandpracticedensuringtheserviceproviderisfullybriefedandawareofallrelatedprocesses.
- Consistentlyobservethebehaviorofguardsatthemaingatetoensureresidentsandvisitorsguestscanaccessthepropertyandreceivingaseamlesscustomerexperience.
- Constantlyreviewaccesscontrolsystemstoensuretheyarefunctioningproperly,andservicecontinuityisapplied.
- Overseethekeycontrolprogrammeandsystemincludingstorage,allocation,distribution,masterkeymanagement,conductingregularaudits,vacantunitinspection,provisionoftrainingetctoensuretheorganisation'sassetsandpersonnelaresafeandsecure,andtenants,visitorsandmanagementhavethenecessaryaccesstosecuredspaces.
- Ensuremeasureswhichhavebeeninstatedtocontrolthespeedofvehiclesinthecommunitysuchassignage,speedbumpsetc,areeffective,ingoodworkingorderandbeingobservedbyresidents,visitorsandserviceproviders.
- Prepareparkingviolationnoticesforcarsthatareimproperlyorillegallyparkedandincludeaspartofthedailylogforthetenantrelationsteamtoprocessthefollowingday.
- Supervisethemanagement,controlandcoordinationalldeliveriestothecompound,includingthoserequitedbyF&Boutletsandoperators,serviceprovidersandresidents.
- Monitortheuseofthepublicaddressvoice activationsystemensuring announcementsarepre-recorded,translated,relevant,andclear.
- Overseetheradioandheadsetmanagementensuringcorrectcharging,useprotocol,spares,storing,volumelevelsetc.
- Encourage,educate,supportguardsinfindingabalancebetweenprovidingprivacyandrespecttoresidents,andbeingcustomerfocused,facingandakeypartofthecustomerjourneyandpositivecompoundexperience.
- Communicatewithexternalstakeholders,suchaslawenforcementagenciesandemergencyserviceswhererequired.
- Takesproactivestepstoprovideasafeandsecureenvironmentforallusersofthecommunity.
- EnsurethatthecontrolroomisalwaysstaffedandreportanyissueswiththemonitoringandrecordingequipmenttotheFMteam.
- Monitorsecuritysystems,includingcameras,alarms,andaccesscontrolsystems,toensuretheyarefunctioningproperly.
- Maintainrecordsandpreparereportsofworkactivitiesincludingincident,accidentsandinvestigationandsubmittothesecuritymanagerdaily.
- Respondtosecurityincidents,suchasbreaches,thefts,orothersecurity-relatedincidents,andtakesappropriateactiontomitigatethesituation.
- Monitorallreportingandincidents,accidentauthoringincludingsubmissionofthedailylogandcoordinationwithhelpdesk,CAFMetc.collatingkeyinformationfromrelevantdepartmentsallinaccordancewiththeagreedproceduresanddatamanagementpolicies.
- Ensurethatpaperordigitaltimesheetsandsimilarreportingsystemsaregeneratedandsubmittedasperagreedtimescales.
- ComplywithOsool'sCodeofConductassetoutwithintheemployeehandbook)andallrelevantbusinessprocesses,proceduresandworkinstructionstooperatewiththeappropriatesafety,qualityandgovernancestandards.
- Exerciseadutyofcareforyourhealth,safetyandwelfare,andtakeallreasonablestepstoppreventharmorinjurytoothersbyassessingrisksandhazards,implementingsafetymeasures,andtakingappropriateactionwhennecessary.
- PromoteapositiveHSEandinformationsecuritycultureamongpeers,serviceprovidersandallotherpartiesinteractingwiththeOsoolbrand.
Job Requirements
Minimum,holderofbachelor’sdegree.GraduatewithMinimum1YearsofExperienceProfessionalCertificatesCISSP,CISM,CPP,orsimilar.Internationallyrecognisedfirstaid,CPRandAEDcertificate.FluentinverbalandwrittenEnglishandArabic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
