Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Guesting Manager to manage the whole end-to-end experience of high-profile international guests, CXOs, VPs, directors and industry influencers attending Cityscape Global 2025. The role is pivotal in the attendance of these international visitors, in addition to a seamless, VIP-standard experience aligned with the event’s global stature and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, contact, email, and recruit international candidates in line with guesting priorities and event strategy
• Maintain and update guest lists in coordination with programming, partnerships, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate invitations and RSVPs for confirmed guests.
• Liaise with the logistics team for visa processing and travel logistics wherever applicable
• Provide timely reports on confirmed attendees and registration status, ensuring up-to-date tracking and visibility for all key stakeholders.
