Responsibilities
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment; implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well‑being of all employees and company assets.
Deliver advanced life support (ALS) and emergency treatment to injured or ill personnel at project sites or during transportation to medical facilities; coordinate regular inspections, calibration, and servicing of medical devices to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Lead and mentor paramedic and first aid teams assigned to the project, ensuring readiness and high‑quality medical response.
Maintain and ensure readiness of onsite medical equipment and emergency supplies as per project standards; coordinate regular inspections, calibration, and servicing of medical devices to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare accurate and timely reports on medical incidents, injuries, and health trends to project management and HSE teams.
Liaise with project management, contractors, and external healthcare providers to ensure effective emergency response coordination; support other projects in safety and health activities as needed to promote a safe working environment.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
Required Academic Qualification & Other Requirements
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Medical Services.
Other Requirements : OSHA certification, ACLS, BLS, Licensure Required : Ministry of Health - Rank Specialist, Saudi Commission for Health Specialties - Rank Specialist.
Years of Experience : 4-5 Years of experience as a paramedic, preferably in industrial or project environments, Medical Treatment on project sites.
