Job Overview :

As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients in the construction industry. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and promoting our services to potential clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market reach
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with the product development team to identify and develop new products and services
Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clients
Provide technical support and expertise to clients and internal teams

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in a technical or engineering environment

Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful business strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Willingness to travel for business purposes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
