Senior Project Manager (District Cooling & Utilities)

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects in Saudi Arabia to ensure their successful completion. JASARA PMC is dedicated to delivering social infrastructure programs as part of Vision 2030, and the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering on this promise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and execute all assigned engineering projects
• Develop project objectives, budgets, schedules and ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans
• Ensure that the project complies with relevant regulations and standards
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Actively support business development opportunities through engagement with existing and potential clients, exploring new markets, and expansion of services
• Mentor and coach junior project management staff to develop their skills and build their career paths
