We’re looking for a driven and experienced Credit Control & Outbound Manager to join our Customer Care leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing credit operations and leading outbound customer engagement strategies — directly supporting revenue growth, reducing bad debt, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce credit control policies and procedures
- Monitor overdue payments and lead collection efforts
- Analyze customer credit data and assess credit limits
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales to resolve billing disputes
- Prepare reports on delinquency trends and recovery performance
- Drive strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow
- Lead the outbound customer care team
- Manage campaigns for collections, promotions, and service updates
- Track performance metrics and KPIs
- Train and develop outbound staff
- Optimize processes using CRM and outbound tools
