We’re looking for a driven and experienced Credit Control & Outbound Manager to join our Customer Care leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing credit operations and leading outbound customer engagement strategies — directly supporting revenue growth, reducing bad debt, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce credit control policies and procedures
• Monitor overdue payments and lead collection efforts
• Analyze customer credit data and assess credit limits
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales to resolve billing disputes
• Prepare reports on delinquency trends and recovery performance
• Drive strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow
• Lead the outbound customer care team
• Manage campaigns for collections, promotions, and service updates
• Track performance metrics and KPIs
• Train and develop outbound staff
• Optimize processes using CRM and outbound tools
