Engineering Manager for Agentic AI

About the role

We are seeking a high-performance Engineering Manager with proven experience to lead a brand new Agentic AI Squad of Engineers / data scientists building Agentic AI capabilites at the core of all our tools.

What you\'ll do

As an Engineering Manager, your daily workload might include :

• Hiring, leading, mentoring, and managing the best in class group of product Engineers, to build the best-in-class products within the AML / AF space, cultivating collaboration and innovation
• Providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career development for engineers
• Overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of our SaaS product, with Agentic AI front and Centre, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
• Collaborating with other stakeholders to create engineering objectives for your team that align with business goals
• Working closely with product teams to help steer both the functional and technical roadmap with focus on the end user
• Driving scalable architecture and design solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability of the SaaS product
• Ensuring best practices for coding, security, testing, and performance optimization are followed
• Staying updated with domain trends, technologies, promote its adoption across the tech stack and development process to drive innovation and efficiency
• Developing and implementing policies, standards, and procedures for your engineering team that empowers them to be high performing
