Develop and execute strategies for integrating digital technology and AI into all aspects of Railway Project Management. Collaborate with the Employer and cross‑functional teams to identify and implement AI‑based initiatives that drive project efficiency, predictive analytics, and real‑time monitoring. Support the Employer in the design, evaluation, and deployment of AI solutions to optimize resource allocation, schedule adherence, and overall project performance. Lead the digital transformation roadmap for the Railway Project, ensuring best practices and the latest advancements in technology are adopted. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital and AI initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, protocols, and privacy requirements during the integration of digital and AI systems. Serve as the subject matter expert on AI, data analytics, and digital transformation for the project team and stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred. At least 10 years of professional experience with a strong track record in digital technology integration, AI, data analytics, or project management—ideally within large‑scale infrastructure or railway projects. In‑depth understanding of AI technologies, digital transformation processes, and project analytics platforms. Experience in managing and deploying AI‑driven solutions for complex project environments. Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
