Logistics and Interface Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Logistics and Interface Manager to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will oversee the logistics operations while ensuring effective coordination between various stakeholders involved in our impactful Social Infrastructure programs across Saudi Arabia. As a joint venture of Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources to project sites, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for all interface-related communications, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics and interface activities to mitigate potential conflicts and enhance project performance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive logistic and interface management plans that align with project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project timelines and address any logistical challenges that may impact the interface between teams.
• Conduct regular reviews of logistics processes and interface management strategies, proposing improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in logistics and interface operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics and interface management preferably in the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics principles and project management methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple logistical and interface elements.
• Proficient in logistics and project management software.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills to address logistics and interface issues effectively.
• Preferably Saudi National
