We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team in Jeddah. This role is exclusively for Saudi national females , in line with local regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements :
Saudi national female as per local regulations.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in an HR role.Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
