Job Title : Oracle HRMS Technical (Tester)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant (Tester) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Oracle HRMS modules, with hands‑on experience in developing, customizing, and testing Oracle applications, reports, workflows, and OAF components. This role involves ensuring seamless system performance, functionality validation, and compliance with business requirements across HRMS modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test Oracle HRMS technical components , including reports, forms, workflows, and extensions.
- Create and modify Oracle Reports, Alerts, and Workflow Builder elements to support HR processes.
- Develop and enhance custom OAF pages and components based on user requirements.
- Implement and maintain user hook packages, views, tables, synonyms, and grants for customized solutions.
- Utilize Oracle HRMS standard APIs for data integration, validation, and process automation.
- Work with Oracle HRMS standard objects (views, tables, and packages) to troubleshoot and optimize solutions.
- Develop and modify forms using Oracle Forms Builder in accordance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet testing and performance standards.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for HRMS components and workflows.
- Document technical solutions, test cases, and validation results for quality assurance and audit compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–10 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle HRMS Technical development and testing .Strong proficiency in :Oracle Reports, Alerts, and Workflow Builder
Oracle Forms BuilderOracle HRMS APIs and Standard PackagesOracle HRMS Objects (tables, views, and packages)Experience creating / modifying user hooks, custom tables, and views.Good understanding of SQL, PL / SQL , and Oracle database structures.Experience in HRMS testing methodologies and defect tracking.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Good to Have
Knowledge of Fusion or Oracle Cloud HCM environments.Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.Experience with automation testing tools for Oracle environments.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or related certification is an advantage.About CLPS RiDiK
