Job Description

We are hiring for a Recruitment Manager to lead the talent acquisition function for Faena Red Sea, ensuring the sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top-tier talent who embody the Faena ethos of artistry, hospitality, and excellence. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the pre-opening journey of the resort, driving strategies to attract candidates with luxury hospitality experience while building strong pipelines for future talent needs. With a focus on both efficiency and exceptional candidate experience, you will partner with leaders across the business to bring the Faena vision to life through people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, ensuring timely delivery of talent for a successful pre-opening and continued operations.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract candidates with luxury hotel experience and alignment to Faena brand values.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and provide guidance on role design, market availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Build strong networks and talent pipelines through direct sourcing, industry events, partnerships, and digital platforms.
  • Manage candidate experience, ensuring professional, engaging, and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Oversee recruitment administration, including job postings, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handover.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local labor regulations in all recruitment activities.
  • Support the development of recruitment tools, systems, and metrics to enhance efficiency and reporting.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Faena culture, showcasing the brand as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a Recruitment Manager role within luxury hotels or resorts; pre-opening experience highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of international and local recruitment practices, trends, and platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail and candidate quality.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for hospitality, with the ability to represent Faena’s unique brand culture.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.
