Logistics Specialist

Own end-to-end logistics for Smartplus : international inbound from vendors and domestic distribution to customers / branches. You'll coordinate multi-step workflows (booking → documentation → customs → delivery) with rigorous follow-ups, drive OTIF (On-Time In-Full) , and use AI tools to boost speed, accuracy, and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• International Inbound : Plan / book air / sea / express; track ETD / ETA and milestones; verify invoice, packing list, HS codes, CoO, insurance, AWB / BL; coordinate customs clearance (via broker) and delivery to warehouses.
• Domestic Distribution : Schedule inter-branch transfers and last-mile deliveries; ensure clean POD and timely status updates.
• Carriers : Compare spot quotes vs. rate cards; monitor SLAs (pickup, transit time, damages); file & recover claims for damage / shortage.
• ERP & Documentation : Ensure accurate ASN / GRN, labeling, and reconciliation in ERP (Zoho Inventory / Books or similar).
• Performance & Reporting : Track and improve OTIF, clearance lead time, freight cost per kg / m³, and damage / shortage rate.
• AI-Enabled Operations : Use AI / copilots for exception summaries, delay risk flags, auto-drafted supplier / customer updates, OCR data capture from invoices / AWBs, and live trackers.
• Process & Compliance : Maintain SOPs / checklists, elevate risks early, and keep stakeholders informed (Sales / Finance / Planning).
