Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Design Manager with a strong structural engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid technical expertise, proven experience in mega projects, and a strong track record in the GCC region. This role requires excellent interdisciplinary coordination, leadership, and communication skills. Leading and managing the full design process with a focus on structural engineering. Overseeing coordination between structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines. Reviewing and validating design drawings, technical reports, and shop drawings. Ensuring timely delivery of design packages in line with project requirements. Engaging with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Supporting the construction team with technical input during the execution phase. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including work on mega projects. Extensive GCC experience is required. Strong knowledge of international and regional design codes and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks). PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
