About the Role

Memac Ogilvy is seeking an Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role is for a conceptual creative powerhouse who will lead projects, develop innovative concepts, and ensure high-quality execution for a portfolio of clients. The ACD will be instrumental in fostering team growth, maintaining client satisfaction, and pushing the boundaries of creative innovation, especially through the integration of AI.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Creative Projects : Own the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and strategically aligned output.
• Innovate & Execute : Generate impactful creative ideas, provide expert art direction / copy, and integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior creative team members, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment.
• Client Engagement : Present ideas effectively, build strong client relationships, and translate insights into compelling creative solutions.
• Strategic Thinking : Understand and contribute to strategic briefs, ensuring creative work is on target and impactful.
• Business Acumen : Contribute to financial management and ensure efficient project delivery.
