Job Title

T&D Counselor (Operator Evaluator & Trainer)

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector , with strong knowledge of process instrumentation controls and flow diagrams .

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Job Task Standard (JTS) task evaluations across various refinery process and non-process areas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for task evaluations within the designated system.
  • Communicate regularly with employees’ supervisors regarding evaluation progress and observations.
  • Develop and administer recertification operation tests tailored for different refinery departments.
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports on evaluation and recertification statistics.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development and coordination of certification and recertification tests.
  • Support operational areas in creating task equivalency tables and meeting job certification requirements.
  • Provide updates on job certifications and deliver related awareness sessions as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver Refinery Operator training courses .
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems and standards.
