SMP OPPORTUNITY IN OIL AND GAS COMPANY

Job Title

T&D Counselor (Operator Evaluator & Trainer)

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector , with strong knowledge of process instrumentation controls and flow diagrams .

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct Job Task Standard (JTS) task evaluations across various refinery process and non-process areas.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for task evaluations within the designated system.

Communicate regularly with employees’ supervisors regarding evaluation progress and observations.

Develop and administer recertification operation tests tailored for different refinery departments.

Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports on evaluation and recertification statistics.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development and coordination of certification and recertification tests.

Support operational areas in creating task equivalency tables and meeting job certification requirements.

Provide updates on job certifications and deliver related awareness sessions as needed.

Prepare and deliver Refinery Operator training courses .

Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems and standards.
