This is a newly created role to strengthen the NPD team for a leading food business in the region.

Here you’ll bring your expertise in Pizza Dough manufacturing to drive the highest food quality standards and continued business growth.

The role will focus on the dough category – improving quality, driving efficiency in manufacturing, and supporting NPD and EPD projects.

You’ll provide the business with your in-depth knowledge and understanding of both ingredient functionality and process development to deliver commercially viable products and lead day-to-day product / production improvements.

This will include optimisation of the existing plant capabilities and driving innovation in products and processes.

You’ll spend time in both the state-of-the-art development kitchen and impressively well-invested manufacturing site. What will you need?

• Extensive experience and knowledge of pizza dough manufacturing
• A proven track record in delivering innovative new products in the category and driving process improvements in manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of bakery ingredients and their functionality
