Responsibilities
Responsible for sales presentations and product demonstrations pre-sales and / or post-sales. Delivers, helps develop, and maintains standard product demonstrations and materials to secure business and increase revenue. Understands business and industry; helps customers realize return on investment and drives knowledge into sales force.
Engage customers early in the sales cycle, matching needs to SAP solutions, and advising account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positions.
Develop and deliver compelling stories and demonstrations that illustrate differentiated business outcomes, utilizing standard messaging and digital assets throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create an agreed-upon SAP vision, aligning messaging and gaining customer trust.
Ensure world-class customer experiences in critical segments, driving adoption and consumption to maximize customer value.
Continuously explore and communicate the added value of SAP solutions to each account, supporting the process of value expansion and increased revenue.

Work on complex technical projects requiring strong technical knowledge related to manufacturing systems, logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Experience & Education
Professional Experience Across Areas :
Deep professional experience within several sub-functions of supply chain and manufacturing, including planning, logistics, procurement, and production strategy.
Broad Functional Knowledge :
Broad knowledge across all areas of supply chain management and manufacturing operations, including regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and technology integration.
Educational Background :
Strong SAP Digital Supply Chain domain experience in Presales; 13+ years of successful track record in SAP Portfolio. Relative degree and Masters are an advantage. Fluency in English and Arabic (national language).
Communication
External Representation :
Represent the company externally in matters related to supply chain and manufacturing solutions, articulating SAP\'s value proposition and driving trust with customers.
Integration and Cooperation :
Find common ground for cross-functional cooperation. Communicate clear functional requirements and targets to ensure successful project outcomes.
Feedback and Targets :
Communicate messages in a timely manner, provide constructive feedback, and align different functional perspectives to achieve unified business objectives.
Experience & Education (Additional)
Strong SAP Digital Supply Chain domain experience in Presales across KSA market.
Solid demonstrated expertise of 13+ years in SAP Portfolio.
Relative degree and Masters is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Arabic language.
