Leading frontline teams and ensuring smooth site execution in line with Hungerstation's delivery mission.

Lead and supervise Last Mile Team Leaders, ensuring shift coverage, performance, and adherence to targets.

Monitor rider attendance, scheduling, and shift readiness in coordination with Team Leaders.

Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance check‑ins.

Ensure rider teams are trained on delivery standards, safety protocols, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety guidelines, and delivery standards.

Address incidents, rider issues, and customer complaints in coordination with support teams.

Monitor real‑time delivery performance via Control Tower updates and take corrective action.

Support audits, inspections, and site‑level recovery plans in case of disruptions.

Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate direct reports, and participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for the function.

Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow.

Provide opportunities for team members to suggest, participate in, and contribute to improvement, innovation, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience :

4 – 6 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of logistics and operational tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Leadership and team management.

Attention to detail and operational excellence.

Proficiency in logistics and fleet management software.

Bachelor’s degree in SC, Logistics, Business, or a relevant field is required.
