Key Responsibilities

• Order & Inventory Management – Monitor and manage order processing from placement to delivery, coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams, supervise returns and exchanges.
• Customer Experience Optimization – Oversee customer service operations, ensure timely resolution of inquiries, analyze feedback, and implement enhancements.
• Logistics & Fulfillment Oversight – Coordinate with shipping providers, monitor logistics KPIs, implement efficiency strategies.
• Operational Performance & Analysis – Analyze daily and weekly performance reports, identify gaps, drive process automation and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, IT, and finance to support campaigns, resolve platform issues, and reconcile billing.
• Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and local regulations, maintain compliance with evolving e‑commerce laws in Saudi Arabia.
• Team Management & Development – Supervise team performance, assign tasks, train and motivate staff, promote best practices.
