Project Cost Controller

Overview

WOLFFKRAN for Equipment is looking for a talented Project Cost Controller to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to work on the forefront of one of the giga projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Monitors Project Expenditures against the Approved Budget and Identifies and Reports Variances.
• Checks that time is properly accounted for in projects.
• Produces the Percentage of Completion Sheets for all the projects and discusses with the Project Managers then reports them to the Accounting on a monthly basis to account for it.
• Analyses Cost Variances and Provides Insights for Corrective Actions.
• Prepares with the Delivery Director, Finance Director, Supply Chain Manager Commercial Manager Reports and Monthly Forecasts (Income, Cost, and Cash Flow).
• Participates in Project Reviews and Provides Financial Updates to Project Stakeholders.
• Records the minutes of the cost control and the PMO meetings.
• Ensures Adherence to Cost Control Procedures for all Projects.
• Reports to Managing Director and Finance Director on How Project Managers and the Operations Department have Achieved their KPIs.
• Monitors the suppliers’ costs in relation to the P.O. issued and received invoices.
• Helps in the Monthly and Quarterly closings and production of reports.

Authorities

Approves project purchase, expenses and amendments within the Business Plan and flags significant cost deviations requiring management intervention to be sent for final Approval by the Company Board and MD.
