Manage commercial activities and tasks for assigned project portfolios. Drive end-to-end commercial execution, business performance planning, and align portfolio performance with organizational goals. Oversee commercial execution across projects and contracts, ensuring KPIs such as revenue, billing, cash flow, and margins are met. Handle contract and claim management with clients and subcontractors. Monitor and drive project KPIs (revenues, cash flows, billing plans). Monitor ongoing project performance, analyze deviations between plans and actuals. Ensure timely cleanup of balance sheets and aging commitments costs. Evaluate risks and opportunities, implement risk mitigation, and report findings. Track and analyze planned, actual, and committed costs, and correct discrepancies. Process purchase orders, sales orders, debit & credit notes, and invoicing in SAP. Verify bills against agreed terms and conditions. Maintain progress and payment records for subcontractors. Follow up on accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for subcontractor payments. Coordinate with treasury on bonds, guarantees, letters of credit, etc. Plan and monitor procurement and equipment shipping schedules. Your Qualifications and Skills : Digital and Solid!

Minimum graduation in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields. At least 7 years of experience, Siemens experience is a plus. Good understanding of IFRS, FRG, and other accounting standards. Experience with SAP is mandatory. certification is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under high pressure with tight deadlines.
