Business Development Manager

MISSION

The Business Development Manager is in charge of creating, developing and expanding our client portfolio, proposing services and being dedicated to creating and apply an effective sales strategy in Saudi Arabia. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and creating strong relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market Analysis and Strategy Development : Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the technical consulting and manpower services industry in Saudi Arabia. Develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate and expand the market presence, taking into account competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
• Business Development : Drive business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in target industries. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including but not limited to client acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives.
• Client Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions and services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead and motivate a team of support staff, to achieve collective goals and objectives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and human resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.

REQUIREMENTS

This is a permanent and full-time job based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia with regular trips around the country.
