About Sleepover

Sleepover is a fast-growing women’s sleepwear brand in Saudi Arabia, offering 100% cotton pajamas designed for comfort, style, and relaxation. We’re building a brand that connects with women through creativity, digital engagement, and an exceptional shopping experience.

Position : Marketing & Growth Manager

Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia (Work from home, occasional field visits)

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Build and manage influencer partnerships
  • Develop organic and viral marketing strategies to maximize engagement and sales
  • Monitor TikTok trends and leverage viral content opportunities for the Saudi audience
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns using data

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Track and analyze competitors’ campaigns, offers, content, and engagement
  • Identify gaps in the market and opportunities for new product launches
  • Provide insights on industry trends to guide brand positioning and growth

    • AI Tools & Automation

  • Use AI for content creation, trend spotting, ad optimization, and copywriting
  • Leverage automation for personalized campaigns, customer segmentation, and workflow efficiency
  • Test and implement AI-driven marketing experiments to maximize ROI

    • Growth Strategy & Reporting

  • Design and implement a comprehensive growth plan for Sleepover
  • Define short- and long-term KPIs, campaigns, and milestones
  • Provide actionable insights from data to optimize strategy continuously

    • Product Insights & Launch Strategy

  • Analyze product performance and recommend improvements or variations
  • Provide guidance on bundles, offers, and new product launches
  • Collaborate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of product introductions

    • Creative & Design

  • Create posters, banners, social media visuals, and website graphics
  • Assist with product photography, editing, and storytelling
  • Design campaigns, offers, and promotions that drive conversions

    • Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Handle customer inquiries across all channels
  • Collect feedback and use insights to improve offerings, campaigns, and retention
  • Track customer behavior to optimize bundles, offers, and loyalty initiatives

    • E-Commerce & Sales Support

  • Update and maintain the Shopify website with new products, bundles, and promotions
  • Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and landing pages for maximum conversions
  • Analyze campaigns and report actionable insights to drive revenue

    • Field & Brand Presence

  • Occasionally visit customers, suppliers, or events to represent Sleepover
  • Support pop-ups, influencer meet-ups, and brand activations

    التسويق الرقمي والنمو

    تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات عبر TikTok وInstagram والمنصات الجديدة

    بناء وإدارة شراكات مع المؤثرين

    تطوير استراتيجيات التسويق العضوي والفيروسي لتعظيم التفاعل والمبيعات

    متابعة اتجاهات TikTok واستغلال فرص المحتوى الفيروسي للجمهور السعودي

    تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتحليل النتائج وتحسين الحملات

    تحليل السوق والمنافسين

    تتبع وتحليل حملات المنافسين، العروض، المحتوى، ومستوى التفاعل

    تحديد الثغرات في السوق وفرص إطلاق منتجات جديدة

    تقديم رؤى حول اتجاهات الصناعة لتوجيه استراتيجية العلامة التجارية والنمو

    أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة

    استخدام AI لإنشاء المحتوى، رصد الاتجاهات، تحسين الإعلانات، وكتابة النصوص

    استغلال الأتمتة في الحملات المخصصة، تقسيم العملاء، وكفاءة سير العمل

    تجربة وتنفيذ تجارب تسويقية قائمة على AI لتعظيم العائد على الاستثمار

    استراتيجية النمو والتقارير

    تصميم وتنفيذ خطة نمو شاملة لـ Sleepover

    تحديد مؤشرات الأداء قصيرة وطويلة المدى والحملات والمعالم

    تقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ من البيانات لتحسين الاستراتيجية بشكل مستمر

    رؤى المنتج واستراتيجية الإطلاق

    تحليل أداء المنتجات وتقديم توصيات للتحسين أو التعديل

    تقديم التوجيه بشأن الباقات، العروض، وإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة

    التعاون مع العمليات والموردين لضمان تنفيذ سلس لإطلاق المنتجات

    الإبداع والتصميم

    إنشاء بوسترات، لافتات، رسومات وسائل التواصل، وتصاميم الموقع

    المساعدة في تصوير المنتجات، تعديل الصور، ورواية القصص البصرية

    تصميم الحملات والعروض والترويج التي تزيد التحويلات

    تجربة العملاء والتفاعل

    التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء عبر جميع القنوات

    جمع الملاحظات واستخدامها لتحسين العروض والحملات ورفع معدل الاحتفاظ بالعملاء

    تتبع سلوك العملاء لتحسين الباقات، العروض، ومبادرات الولاء

    الدعم التجاري والتجارة الإلكترونية

    تحديث وصيانة موقع Shopify مع المنتجات الجديدة والباقات والعروض

    تحسين صفحات المنتجات، مسارات الدفع، وصفحات الهبوط لتعظيم التحويلات

    تحليل الحملات وتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ لزيادة الإيرادات

    الزيارات الميدانية وتمثيل العلامة التجارية

    زيارات ميدانية للعملاء، الموردين، أو الفعاليات عند الحاجة

    دعم الفعاليات، لقاءات المؤثرين، وتفعيل العلامة التجارية

    المؤهلات / المهارات

    درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، الاتصال، أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة)

    خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التسويق الرقمي، إدارة وسائل التواصل، أو التسويق للنمو

    خبرة عملية في حملات المؤثرين، اتجاهات TikTok، وإنشاء محتوى فيروسي

    فهم قوي لاستراتيجية النمو واتخاذ القرارات بناءً على البيانات

    إجادة استخدام أدوات التسويق :

    منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ومديري الحملات (TikTok Ads Manager، Meta Business Suite، إلخ)
