• Oversee development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and control systems

• Produce comprehensive reports detailing project status, forecasts, and variances for management review
• Collaborate with project management teams to integrate project controls into all phases of project execution
• Provide guidance and leadership to the project controls team, supporting professional development and efficiency
• Ensure all project control processes adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Research and integrate emerging trends and technologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency
